Before your stay...

We currently have a 72-hour cancellation policy on room bookings.  Please email reservations@mashtun-aberlour.com if you need to amend your stay.

We offer allocated parking for guests staying with us; each room has a parking space under the room name.  Parking for guests dining with us is on the street outside the door, there is also ample parking just a short stroll away from us.

Unfortunately, we have a no-pets policy in our rooms.  Our lodge can facilitate pets, please contact us to arrange prior to booking.

Due to the nature of our historic property, we are unable to offer access available rooms as we do not have a lift and access is only via stairs and therefore unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Wifi is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge for all guests.

Yes, all of our rooms have hair dryers

We do not have fridges or mini bars in our rooms but please enjoy the complimentary Tea, Coffee, and Biscuits

Dining with us...

Breakfast is served between 8 am - 9 am, if you require a later or earlier breakfast please email reservations@mashtun-aberlour.com to make prior arrangements.

Dinner times may vary depending on the season, so please check with reception when you arrive or please contact us to book a table in advance.
