All meals, including breakfast are served in the bar. Food is freshly prepared and sourced locally. Mark and his chef, Nick Davis are passionate about Scottish contemporary cooking and you will find The Mash Tun Menu a treasure trove of fantastic flavours. The bar is well stocked with Scottish real ales and has an extensive and steadily growing selection of malt whiskies. Uniquely, the floor of the bar has been made from wood from the wash back, and the bar has been crafted out of Oregon pine taken from casks, both used in the whisky making process.
